New patients to the practice require an initial evaluation. This is set up as a 60 minute appointment with a rate of $300/hr. Typically, this is enough time to complete a full history as well as gathering pertinent recent events leading up to the evaluation for a case with a mild-moderate level of severity. Depending on the complexity of the case, additional time can be requested by Dr. Sever Chilelli at a higher rate, of which will be agreed upon ahead of time.
Follow-up medication management appointments are set at 30 minutes per visit for a fee of $150. Longer appointments will be charged at a flat rate of $300/hr. Follow-up medication management appointments vary from once per month to once every three months, depending on level of acuity.
Missed or broken appointments will be charged the full amount if 24 hour notice is not given.
Fee for service is due at the beginning of each appointment and are paid to JBS Psychiatry, PLLC. If using a credit card, there may be a $5 processing fee.
